Physiotherapy sessions for the disabled children
Paul and Christopher are diligently engaging with their physiotherapy sessions, displaying remarkable determination and progress in their rehabilitation. Their commitment to these sessions reflects their resilience and dedication toward overcoming physical challenges, marking significant strides in their journey towards improved health and mobility.
Children Dance Classes
Meanwhile, the other children are thriving in their dance classes, showing enthusiasm, coordination, and a growing passion for movement and rhythm. These classes provide a platform for them to express themselves creatively, enhancing their confidence and social interaction skills. Their positive response to the dance sessions underscores their adaptability and eagerness to explore new avenues of learning and self-expression.
Welcoming Twins to Our Family
We are overjoyed to share the heartwarming news of the newest additions to our close-knit family: a beautiful set of twins who have recently joined our loving home at Abigail Children Ministry. Their arrival has brought an abundance of happiness and warmth to our community.
These precious souls, blessed with innocence and charm, have found not just shelter but a haven overflowing with love, care, and endless opportunities for growth. Birthday Celebrations
Surrounded by an atmosphere brimming with joy and warmth, we recently marked a trio of extraordinary birthdays within the embrace of our loving orphanage. It was a celebration filled with contagious laughter, heartfelt smiles, and an abundance of love as we honored these three remarkable children on their special days. Their infectious giggles echoed through the corridors, infusing the air with an undeniable sense of delight. Each moment was adorned with the gleeful chatter and playful banter of these incredible youngsters, painting an unforgettable picture of sheer happiness.

Graduation Milestones
Three of our bright youngsters (Aziz, Jemima, Rihanna, and Ketra) have graduated from the top class to the primary level! Witnessing their growth and progress fills our hearts with immense pride. We applaud their hard work and dedication and look forward to supporting them as they embark on this new academic journey. They will be joining primary school early next year. With your continued support and encouragement, we are confident that these bright stars will shine brightly in their new academic endeavors. Together, we will continue to provide them with the guidance, resources, and encouragement they need to flourish and succeed on this new leg of their educational journey.
New Sandals and Clothes Distribution
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we were able to provide new sandals and clothes to all the children in our care. Witnessing their excitement and happiness upon receiving these essentials was truly heartwarming. The joyous occasion of distributing these essentials was nothing short of magical. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation and excitement as the children gathered, their eyes brimming with curiosity and hope. As each child received their new sandals and clothes, a wave of sheer happiness washed over them, radiating an infectious energy that filled the air.
We shall always remember Rayan.
With great sadness, we convey the passing of Rayan, a brave 6-year-old who valiantly fought leukemia. Despite his incredible strength and the dedicated care he received, his time with us ended too soon. We hold his memory dear, treasuring the brightness he brought into our lives. Our deepest sympathies and support go out to his family as they navigate this challenging period. Rayan, though an orphan, leaves behind a legacy of courage and resilience that will forever be remembered.
Commencement of Bible Study Program
We are delighted to share the exciting news of the recent launch of our new Bible study program, which kicked off last Saturday. This initiative is designed to offer spiritual guidance and cultivate the faith of our children, nurturing a deeper comprehension of love, kindness, and compassion. This program is geared towards enhancing the spiritual and moral growth of our children. Pastor Godfrey Wandera and Derrick Ssemambo will be leading this mentorship journey, providing invaluable spiritual guidance, particularly during the holiday period, and fostering a sense of upliftment and enlightenment for the children.
Medication Support and Feeding
Our commitment to the well-being of every child entrusted to Abigail Children Ministry remains unwavering. With utmost dedication, we persist in guaranteeing that each child under our care not only receives but thrives on essential medical care and nutritious meals.
Through your unwavering support, we can uphold this promise, ensuring that every child’s health needs are met. From routine check-ups to specialized treatments, we leave no stone unturned in providing comprehensive medical support.

Distribution of Funds
At Abigail Children Ministry, transparency and accountability are at the core of our operations. We deeply value the trust placed in us by our generous donors and supporters. Your contributions have been instrumental in transforming lives and nurturing the well-being of the children under our care. Here is an overview of how the donation funds were allocated:
- Medication (07%): A significant portion, 07% of the funds, has been utilized to ensure that each child receives the necessary medical care and treatments. From routine check-ups to specialized treatments, we prioritize the health and well-being of every child. Your support has allowed us to provide essential medications and medical interventions to address various health concerns and ensure their overall well-being.
- Feeding and Special Diets for Disabled and Vulnerable Children (50%): 50% of the donations have been allocated to providing nutritious meals and special diets for disabled and vulnerable children in our care. Your contributions have enabled us to offer balanced and nourishing meals catering to specific dietary needs, ensuring that each child receives the proper nutrition required for their growth and development.
- Administration Costs (10%): We allocate 10% of the funds towards administrative costs, which include operational expenses necessary to effectively run the organization. These costs cover essential administrative functions, office maintenance, and other operational expenses.
- Children Welfare Activities (8%): 8% of the donations have been channeled towards organizing various child welfare activities. These activities include educational programs, recreational activities, skill-building workshops, and events designed to promote the holistic development of the children. Your support has made it possible for us to create a nurturing environment where these children can learn, grow, and thrive.
- Community Outreach Program (03%): 03% of the funds have been utilized for our community outreach programs. These initiatives focus on extending support to vulnerable families in the community, providing educational resources, healthcare assistance, and other forms of aid to improve the lives of underprivileged children beyond our immediate care.
