NAIKA EDRINE

Date of Birth: 15th October, 2010

Edrine, from Mafubira, Chamagwa, arrived at ECM on October 19, 2022, after enduring hardship, including the loss of his mother to HIV and mistreatment alongside his elder sister, Namulondo Mariam. Despite these difficulties, Edrine has shown remarkable resilience and remains hopeful for the future.

With a passion for reading, Edrine finds solace and knowledge in books, allowing him to escape into different worlds. He also enjoys singing and playing football, activities that bring him joy and a sense of camaraderie. However, his health remains a concern, as he is often sickly and requires ongoing care. Edrine dreams of becoming a teacher, a career that reflects his desire to educate and inspire others. His favorite meal is beans with rice, and his best color is blue, symbolizing calmness and his aspirations for a brighter future. Football remains one of his greatest joys, bringing him both excitement and hope.
