Margaret, a courageous and resilient young girl from Mafubira, Chamagwa, has endured a difficult past under the care of her stepmother. Despite facing severe mistreatment and abuse, she remained strong, finding comfort in her younger sister, who also resides at our orphanage. Since arriving at ECM on February 2, 2021, Margaret has shown a compassionate heart, dedicating herself to home care by nurturing and assisting younger children with kindness and patience. Her biggest dream is to become a doctor, driven by her desire to bring healing and hope to those in need.

Beyond her caregiving nature, Margaret has a passion for sports, especially netball, where she channels her energy and determination. She enjoys eating matoke (green bananas) with chicken, her favorite meal, and has a special love for the color pink. Through her strength and aspirations, Margaret continues to inspire those around her, proving that hope can thrive even in adversity.
