Kato Fransico lost his father and now lives with his mother, who struggles to provide for the family. To survive, he worked by digging to earn income, which kept him out of school. He joined Empowered Child Ministries in May 2025 alongside his twin brother, Waiswa Gilbert. Kato is active, cheerful, and enjoys playing football and running, activities that allow him to bond with others.

His favorite color is red, and he enjoys eating matooke and groundnut sauce. With newfound support, Kato is eager to resume school and dreams of becoming a mechanic so he can support his family someday.
