Emmanuel has faced immense loss and personal challenges from a young age. Having lost both of his parents to HIV, he is also living with the virus. Despite these hardships, he remains determined and hopeful about his future. He finds joy in simple pleasures like bicycling, reading books, and watching television, which offer him moments of escape and happiness.

Emmanuel dreams of becoming a doctor, driven by a strong desire to help others and make a positive impact in the world. His resilience and ambition serve as an inspiration to those around him. Arriving at ECM on October 20, 2020, he has found support and care in his new home. His favorite meal is matoke and groundnut sauce, a comforting and nutritious dish. He loves the color blue, symbolizing peace, wisdom, and strength. Emmanuel’s story is a testament to perseverance and hope in the face of adversity.
